    Due to restrictions, lockdowns & quarantines in many Countries & states, we cannot guarantee delivery times as normal. We will get everything out on time but arrival times will vary. Please be patient.

    Please add 2 to 3 days onto standard & express shipping times for engraving your custom name onto your new diary.

    We use Eparcel by Australia Post.

  • Express Shipping

    We do offer express shipping at a fixed rate of $17.50 per product Australia wide.


    Australia Metro Areas:
    1 to 2 Business Days

    Australia Regional Areas:
    2 to 4 Business Days

    New Zealand:

    3 to 7 business days (this timeframe may be effected by Covid 19 restraints)

    Rest of the World:

    5 to 15 business days (this timeframe may be effected by Covid 19 restraints)

  • International Shipping

    We provide FREE standard and a very reasonable express rate shipping options using Australia Post that will be shown in your cart at checkout.

    Contact us if you would like to use another courier.

  • Shipping Damage

    Within Australia:

    Any damaged caused by Australia Post need to be kept as it was delivered and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.

    Rest of the World:

    Please email us with images related to damage and we will assist you in getting a replacement sent or refund.

  • Product Policy

    Please note that any of our handmade products with any slight faults, leather changes, paper differences are part of the production process.
    These can not be claimed as damages. 


    If you are convinced your product is not up to standard please use our contact form below to organise either an exchange or re-reimbursement.

    Please note: Goods purchased by you from Fly Fishers over 3 weeks prior may be refused for claim.

  • Refund Policy


    Fly-Fishers reserves the right to accept or deny any claim until the item is inspected by us. If on inspection of claim, item is found faulty or not to standard exchange of goods or refund will be provided.

    Under no circumstances will loss or damage to property, physical injury, or financial loss be entertained.

    Whilst all care is taken, Fly-Fishers does not accept liability for any negligence we may have caused.



  • Information Use

    Fly-Fishers will not publish or display members’ contact or financial information.

    Further, Fly-Fishers will NOT provide a third party with contact details, including email addresses, at any time.

  • Communication


    Fly-Fishers customers may be contacted directly by Fly-Fishers for a variety of services and/or marketing reasons. Such communication will include but is not limited to: Special Offers and Updates, Newsletter, Service Announcements and the like.

    Such contact will be via normal email. It is the responsibility of each Fly-Fishers customer to ensure that personal contact information, particularly the email address is kept current and valid.

  • Payments

    Fly-Fishers uses Shopify payments & PayPal Payments, leading secure payment gateways.

    We do not and can not collect or have access to this information. 


    Any and all Google Pay, Apple Pay, Zip Pay & After Pay data is stores only with those providers in your accounts with them.

    All Payment information is encrypted and protected to the highest industry standard in common use – SSL.
